little on the soggy side. They say it should rain til thursday! I don't mind really, it helps to fill the lakes and streams and snuff out any remaining wild fires (which we've had). But then it is the rainy season. Ever notice how the t.v. newscasters tend to over dramatize everything - first it's the worst draught ever we're gonna burn up, blah blah blah, then it's raining so much what are we going to do. Jeez winter is the draught season in florida and spring is the start of the wet season, then summer it usually rains for about an hour a day in late afternoon. Cools everything off and then clear as a bell. Florida - love it or leave it - personally I love it!!!!

We've had lots & lots of rain here n Al. biker & I know what u mean about your pool overflowing, min too. I'll not complain though, last summer was so hot & dry, drier than any of these 75 yr old farmers could remember so they say. I just say thank u Lord for whatever u send. *

Glad you DID get some much needed rain! It was supposed to be 35-39 degrees last night here in Knoxville, TN! Good grief! I refuse to turn my heat back on in the middle to end of MAY! So I got out my sweat shirts & pants!! Don't know if it went that low, but it sure was chilly this AM!

I understand Bikermom, I live in Southern West Virginia and we just went through a flood. Although the county I live in (Logan) didn't get it bad, the county next to us and where I grew up got hit hard. We had rain (solid hard rain) for several days. Pray that all is well with you and yours. Prayers and God's blessings, Libbie
