It is still illegal to have unless you purchase it from a licensed dealer.
No matter what you plan to do with it.

I have a couple in my files they came in RAR but have no info on were I got them they said I DL on April 8 2009 so they were recent DL one is her in a chef's hat another is her in a nurses outfit with needle so sorry I can't remember were I got them.
