I for some reason missed yesterday, don't know where it went or what I really did...age or mind? I am not that old, simple so much to do and not getting anywhere. I don't think I have touched my sewing machine in over a month now...haven't got the umph I use to have for it...I NEED SOME INSPIRATION TO GET BACK ON IT...If you have been there, I could use a pep talk right about now...

Have been there myself lately....sometimes things seem on a downhill slide...not enough time and not enough of you to go around. One of the reasons I find "cutes" so good...I can lose myself in the postings. You are all a real " family " Just look at the projects...it's enough to keep one awake at night planning stuff.. So, hope this helped, actually it helped me too!!
Love, hugs, and ****

well try starting to make something nice for yourself.mostly we embroider things for others, but perhaps it's nice to start again with something to spoil yourself. there are so many ideas in the project session. You had been working in the yard, so perhaps something with gardening design.*4u

Deanna, sure been there more times than I can't remember....just pick up something and get started - if you want inspiration - check out the projects - we had a challenge this past weekend - some of those are hidden a page or two back by now - that is how many projects are there to inspire you and every one else. Just get started with something.

I opted out on the challenge cause I wanted my yard work done before this rain (its here again) started. I will have to go look....one day I am going to devote myself the the projext page....

Not just days--weeks and months! I could send you a picture of my cluttered sewing room, and you would feel so glad it isn't yours that you would be sewing away in no time, and getting all those projects done. For inspiration, I just open some link from this site, and click on "galleries"--when I'm through with that, I click on links from that site, and go to galleries, and on and on..but watchout, because this is how I lose hours. Make something for yourself--that way it won't feel like you HAVE to do it. :)

Camy my dear I know u have a lot going on n your life. R U foster parenting yet? Often times my sewing/embroidery machine is where I go to for stress relief/time for just myself, I guess that's why I do not make things to sell, I just want to do whatever pleases me to do. I do not answer phone while I am there or the door(if it's one of mine they know the door is unlocked & come n anyway) sometimes just to check on me & they will sit with my DH for a while. I hope soon u can slow down & make some time for yourself. Lillian

Been there....best thing to do is find a project (look where you hid those blanks back after Christmas) put your head down and sew something!

I think I hid everything in the closet and can barely open the door to look in there.
