this sends a message when machine needs rethreading, or has any problems and allows machinist to set up and walk away until beeped that it needs attention.

I am always n the same rm with my machine when I am embroidering. I have ruined too many things by walking away. Soooo when I am on cute I am usually sitting by my machine while it runs. *

Awww burnt out machine. When I do sew/embroider I try to focus on that only and if I must run quickly I hit the stop button. Better safe than sorry *2U

When I first started I used the intercom system that we have (similar to the baby monitors)to listen. We used it when our son was born. Now I usually try to have some I can do that is close hearing range.

Method l: Put 1 phone receiver next to machine. Press speaker and take the other receiver with you and hit "intercom". You'll hear when the machine needs attention. This method is free, and not even patented yet!
Method 2: Use a baby monitor with the remote receiver! Sort of takes the fun out of it, doesn't it
Method 3: nose test--smell something burning? Something might be wrong--check your machine.
