If you sewed the corner rose, you have a big enough hoop/field to sew the two portions of the big rose. I downloaded it and unzipped it in JEF, and both portions are fine. What machine do you have, how do you transfer files? Did you remember to unzip the files, and are you sure you're trying to transfer the unzipped ones? It's probably something silly that's preventing you from doing this, if you did the other one ok. The two files are no larger physically than the corner roses, but do you have a limit of number of stitches in a file that your machine can take? Good luck, Marji Oh, PS, that's a really really nice rose, now I'm going to have to find something to use it on, you stinker, hee hee hee.
I just downloaded them in .pes format and they appear to be ok. I merged them in Embird for my second largest hoop. BR 1 sits higher than BR 2, they are not level side by side. You would need to have software to merge split designs or have split design capability on your machine.
Sorry, I know this probably doesn't help you.
Hugs n roses, Meganne
good morning meganne...how are you today....I have them dl I needed to know why machine cannot recognize this paticular file...I had this happen once before also....
I downloaded the design. I also use pes format. This design is already split and the first file is 5.32 inches by 6.41 inches. you will need a larger hoop than a 5x7 hoop. Hope this helps.
thank you, I just needed to know why I cannot get the file from my laptop to appear on my machine....I have the capability of the design size...that's not the problem
have you tried to open the file before you download and unzip ?
I just dl the 2 files themselves you just have to click on your machine format and it comes up...thats not the problem thanks for trying....
What is the field size of your machine, and what is the field size of the design? I'd have to go look, but if I remember right that's an industrial machine size design, and it just might be too large for your machine. If it is, the only thing that can be done is to split it into pieces to fit into your hoop. Good luck to you, hugs, Marji
thanks sissi....sorry marji, I replied to you,but it didn't post....I have the capability for this...cannot figure why my machine won't read this file...
