I embroidered this design on a t-shirt for my athletic niece for her 1st communion gift. I got the design from Sick embroidery. It is very cute, but I was not happy with how it stiched out. I ended up double stitching parts of it as I didn't think some of it showed up very well. Have you done the double stitching before? I have done it a few times - sometimes with success - sometimes not so good. She loved the shirt! One of her favorite gifts.

What stabilizer did you use?? It makes a big impact on the outcome of the design.
Well as long as she loved it, thats all that counts.

I used a medium weight cut-away stabilizer.

And you should also use a water soluble stabilizer on the top, then the stitches do not sink into the fabric - Hugs Yvonne
