I paid for the subscription but am still unable to download.The error I get says that I don't have a subscription. I have receipt and have e-mailed cuteembroidery twice. Any suggestions?

Did you go to 'My Account' and then to 'Membership' then 'Subscription', it should be mentioned there.

You don't say how much time has passed between subscribing and trying to download. I hope you're able to do it now, sometimes it takes a bit to be entered in, because of the difference in time zones all across the world. Cute isn't 'manned' ('womanned'?) 24/7, and I don't suspect the checkout cart she goes thru is either. I don't think it's a totally automatic process. And I know they're doing work on this site, so the e-mail response might be a bit slow right now. Also, purchasing with the exact same e-mail & information you registered with is important. Please tell us if you're still having problems, or if you got them resolved. This is such a good site with such great designs, we hate for you to be without them a minute longer!!! Hugs, Marji

Welcome to Cute! It is a wonderful place, but - warning - it is very addictive. Please be patient. I believe this is a one person site and Miss Veronika has to sleep sometimes and have a life. She is very kind and does all sorts of nice things for her Cuties in addition to her wonderful designs and freebies. Don't know how much time has passed, but she should get to it as soon as she can. From past comments made here I'm pretty sure that she has to manually enter the information to setup your subscription. In the meantime, please do enjoy the friendship and love here as well as all the freebies. Let us know when you can download or if you still are having problems after a day or so. Try using the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. Are you sure you used the same exact email address and log in name that you are now using? It should be working.

Welcome to "cute" when you click on the small picture of the design, it takes you to the design page and there are 2 choices, for downloading. The one on the left is for subscribers, on the right non-subscribers. Be sure you are clicking on the correct one. If that's not the problem, you will have to get your answer from Veronica (usually takes 24 hours.)
