Is there any reason these sites seem to have been forgotten? They have not been commented on since 2008. Is it just a matter of out of site, out of mind or do their designs not stitch out good? How can I tell if it is a good site? I have found one that I really like so I will stitch out a sample to see, but I was wondering if there was a way to tell other than stitching something out. Maureen, the bookmark section was created to showcase other websites that the CUTE family members would endorse so to speak - only post - had they had good results with that design or another from that site - then it became a freebie posting frenzy - now - it is up to each individual to determine if the designs are worth downloading and testing themselves - too bad - that we all can't post sites and designs for the sake of the other CUTE member - when I post something I try to keep that in mind. I have several sites that I purchase from and I know that most designs from that site - will be good designs - thank you for posting this comment. *4U

Thanks! I too have a few sites that I have purchased from and know will be good designs. I also have a few sites that I get free designs from, but I am leary of many of the sites. I looked quite a few of the bookmarks and I was surprised that there are some sites that have just changed their name over time and re-surfaced. If they have to change their name, they do not have good designs. Sorry, I don't want to open a new kettle of worns, so I'll leave it at that. Thanks, Maureen

I too Maureen love looking at the old bookmark sites. It's amazing what you find. Thanks for the post. I am sure people are still frequenting them, maybe they are just not saying anything. I too only hope that the sites that are posted are good ones. I don't know otherwise how to tell a good one from a bad one. I rely on the people posting them that they are good sites.

It would be nice if people that stitched out design gave some information about the quality of the designs. That way disappointing sites could be avoided.
