what is the name of the software where you can look at the desings on your computer and not just pes or a box?

I have 4D Extra by Viking and it does everything. Some I have to learn don't know it all yet

I use Embird.

I use 4D Extra by Viking. But it isn't free, runs fairly expensive but at the same time it does more than just view you designs.

I have the 3D, but it freezes each time there is a design in the new Pes, it is a real problem!!!Understand same problem with 4D

Thank you for the tips. I have already some, but downloaded now several more.
Cute and usefull how the small pictures come up from the sandscomputing software.
for 20 dollars will buy it too.

and you have to have Embird for it to work.

Please do not pay for something you can get for free!
Check our software section, there I posted a while ago a description of 3 different software products, which all work well. My favourite is this, because you can manage your files while looking at them (drag and drop, delete even whole files), and, when opened a single file, transform to many other formats. It is free (as a part of a big designer software) and very good- I used it for months and like it best.

i use wilcom truesizer to look at all my designs in my computer and it is free,gr connie

I just have to ask. I have the 3D from viking but also have the wilcom truesizer to open some that 3d won't. Can you tell me how do you view all the designs with the wilcom. I know you can click on the folder and select a design to open but is there a way to like open say alphabet folder and see all the different alphabets you have in that folder. Hope I'm making sense. I know with the 3d all the designs in one folder will display. I will have to check out that Sew Iconz program though because I like the idea of the designs showing up as little pics and not just the look of the design.
But who doesn't like free programs? lol

This is my cute embroidery folder open in windows. I think this program is worth it's weight in gold for making it easy to find a design file

excellent choice!!!

Sew Iconz is a stand alone program from Sands Computing shows your icons as images of your designs file. it's $20US and so well worth it.

It is a little program you load onto your computer. Very easy to do then when you open up your folders in windows, instead of an icon, each design shows as a tiny picture of itself. I'll try and add a screenshot for you.

I also bought this program and thanks to who ever put me on to it....it is great. worth the $20 plus for aussie's
