her on the BRAT diet and give her just pedialite to drink. If her fever goes to 102 deana is to take her back to the hospital. Her heart is fine and that is one of the worries with her. I think Deanas boss is getting bombarded with all of our prayers because Deana said when she had to call in again this morning he boss sounded truly concerned and want nasty over the phone. God must be working on her heart. Thanks for all of the prayers.

145791Just a brain flash, has Adelaide been tested for Celiac disease? That's where the body is 'allergic' to the gluten in wheat, rye, etc. I'm not sure about the fever, but it flattens the villi in the intestine, causing the loose bowels, bloating, and the malabsorption of nutrients. Since kids get so many other things, this is often not something checked for, it's kind of uncommon, or at least not the first thing they think of. I have it, that's why I thought of it when you were talking about Adelaide's symptoms. Good luck, and I'm glad the boss is better. Maybe she was just having a PMS day! No they haven't tested her for celiac, but I was miss diagnosed to have celiac but turns out it's only a wheat allergy. I will mention this to Deana. Thanks for the thought.
