i talked to the place i bought it from they say it has fuses . another place says they do not have fuses who do you believeto get it fixed

Maybe you can look up the machine online and see what it has.

Did u get a manual with it? It should show/tell u where the fuses r. If not the place that says it has fuses should tell u where they r.
