Usually its a login name error. u log in with one name & join with another name. just email Veronica if you still can't download after 14 hours after u joined. In the meantime get your Cute Embroidery folder & sub folders named ready to download into. best of luck. *4u

Several other new Cuties have complained about the same problem. I think they get on eventually (days?) It may just take time for the site owner to handle it.

You may want to try to download again. Check to see if you did the membership the same as you did you log on name. You can always try the "contact Us" at the bottom of the page and explain you problem. When I did mine I could download right away.

I think it takes perhaps an hour or so to get things squared away. Also, depending on where in the world the site is located, it might be 1 in the morning. Give it a bit, if it doesn't work by morning you can contact Veronika, the site owner, at the "contact us" button at the bottom of the page. I'm assuming you did purchase the membership with your same name and address you're signed in with here. If you used a different e-mail address it might mess it up, not recognize you. They'll straighten it out for you, never fear. Just use that 'contact us' button to explain the problem. Hugs, Marji

Did you pay it with a credit card? Maybe you have to wait for an e-mail confirmation before you can download anything (gives Victoria time to process your Membership order).
