making much progress when my computer went nuts and my son did a systems restore on it. The down load is gone and I do not remember the name..even though I had not made any progress in learning what to do. I know I started to down load one called ??EOS??. I seem to remember those letters but more of you said to do the other one. I need some seriuos help here. I had told my son he was going to have to take time to show me how to do it so he may have just erased it altogether or it might have been what was causing the problem on the computer. I might have messed up something trying to use it. Anyway I have nothing now nor do I know the names of the sites. He is going to kill me but there are so many good designs out there that are not PES and I need to learn how to change them from other formats. Help. Which is the easiest to learn and who can give me the instructions in 1st grade english? If I have to go through my son, I may need a new computer or I may end up killing him. OR he may end up killing me. He has no patience with trying to teach anyone anything. There is not enough nerve pills in the Atlanta area to put the 2 of us together with 1 computer. I know that no one wants to get stuck with that job but I do need some help. I can get it downloaded but that does not tell me how to use it.

Thank you so much. I hope I can do better this time! That was not what I downloaded before. I have racked my brain trying to remember & it will come to me one day. I see it often on different sites saying it is free. When I asked my son if he erased it, he said that he went back in time on my computer to try to get it working and that it probably did take it off. That is not what he told me he did to start with. I could have done what he did! If I get stuck on what to do, I just might call on you! I could not get my designs to download in another format besides PES before so that I could convert them. I need someone to walk me through it one time and I would be alright. ...I think.heeheeI have never had a computer lesson of any kind. My son set it up and walked out the door. I was lost for a long time but I felt my way through it. Every now and then I have to call him but he gets very impatient with me. When I was in Sandersville, his best friend owned a computer shop. I would call him sometimes and it would take just a second when he would explain something. I do not have Lee to call now!

Thank you so much! Maybe with several offers of help on the same sofware, I won't drive anyone nuts! So far all 3 of you have suggested the same thing. I am going to go look in just a minute! If I could do it without my son, it would be wonderful! Believe me, dealing with him is not fun! He was bad before his heart attack but he is horrible now! He has no patience at all! I hope it is easier than what I had on machine before.

Thank you! I sure hope this is easier than what I had before my son got rid of it. I never got the hang of it! I have 4 answers and all 4 said the same thing and I am not stupid so I should be able to fiure it out with some help!
