Your baby cow is really cute!! Hee hee hee, hugs Marji
She is not cute.... She is adorable!!! That will be my very next project! We do not have a baby that new but I will enjoy that! I have collected cows for many years as well as roosters and hens. The cows came many years before the fowl! They have those big ole eyes just like my pekingese that I have had for almost 40 years. My X sister in law gave me my first one when her mama quit feeding the pups too soon. I went to Columbus, Ga and got her & did not tell my other half I was going. It was his brother & his wife that gave her to me. She was so tiny and he hated her from the minute I walked in the door with her. She lasted longer than he did after I got her. There is just something about those big ole eyes that you can not resist. There is not another breed of dog with the same personality of a pekingese. They are small but sooo independent. Most of them are very smart. They are the most faithful breed of dog I have ever had beside the Chow that I had. He would run a a good tie with my dozens of peke's! He was a giant of a dog with show dog bloodlines but he was just my buddy and friend. He would not let a soul in my house unless I told him it was alright. Believe me, no one would argue with him unless they has an assult gun. I am 5'6" and when he stood up on his hind legs to play with me he was taller than I was. The kids in the neighborhood played with him but scared their parents to death. He was a gentle soul unless you tried to bother me. A black man scared him while we were on vacation in Tn. when he was just a puppy and he would not let one in the yard. I could not even talk him into that. The man did not hurt him but he walk up on him while he was asleep and started making all kind of noise with his garden tools right behind my four-runner. He almost broke the glass out of the back trying to get to him. He just never got over it. He did not mind black women, just men. He got bit by a snake in our yard and we did not know it until it was too late. He had tons of hair and showed no sign of being in distress until he killed over. His name was Bear, aptly named. I was sick for awhile after I lost him. I think I got off the subject of the big eyes but I thought about Bear. That has been 20 plus yrs ago. My little Pekes are just that loyal and just that fierce when it comes to protecting me. I do not think anyone would be too scared of them but they will bite if backed in a corner & they sure can make alot of noise. Thanks for the cow. It sure is adorable!
:) You are welcome. I loved reading about your dog. I am a dog lover. All of our dogs have found us and they have been the most loyal, lovable, and protective dogs. My sons did not know what an alarm clock was to wake them up. Bibi, a mute that we found left on the side of the road in a snow storm, grew up with them. It did not matter who was sleeping, YOU DID NOT WAKE THEM UP! hahaha. All we had to do was look in their room when it was time to get up for school and she would growl and bark. She never got it that she was waking them up for me. When both boys left home they thought they would never be able to wake up to an alarm clock. Their wives say they still don't. hahaha
Enjoy
