Reading your question I downloaded it again (had it erased as I can scale and resize in my software), set the resolution as they advised (1024 x 7something) and it works perfectly. I hope you can solve your problem!

I thought I try this programm, had to register, but how long does it take before you get an email that you can login from Wilcom? I did this yesterday and still have no email. Am I too impatient?

if the first window opens and you cannot close, you need to set your reselution to 1024. Hope that is the issue you are having as it is simple to resolve.
