i belong to cute embroidery.com but i do not know how to get the alphabets at the top of the site can someone explain

The generous lady who owns this site (cuteembroidery.com) also owns cutealphabets.com and amazingembroiderydesigns.com and adorableapplique.com. They are seperate sites with seperate means of getting designs. Cute Embroidery has a membership and a "per piece" price, as does Amazing Embroidery Designs. Cute Alphabets has "per letter" or "per Alphabet Set" pricing. Adorable Applique has "per design" pricing. So although they are all owned by Veronika, they are like different businesses.

But go to the banner at the top and it will bring you to the site and you can DL each day a free letter. Good Luck
