Taril, if you use "contact us" at the bottom of the page, it should take you to "support@cuteembroidery.com", I believe. Make sure you put in the subject line "Problem with subscription purchased on 7-7-09 (or whatever the date was)" Also, make sure you're using the e-mail you registered with and purchased the subscription with, so they can check. That way they'll know what your e-mail is about, and can get back with an answer. Be patient, there seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't know what it is, but is keeping Veronika very busy. If you do let them know in the subject line though that it's about your subscription, perhaps it will flag it for them. Hugs, Marji

tarilmartin, welcome to the CUTE family - if you received a confirmation - you must have an account - when you are signed in - go to MY ACCOUNT - MEMBERSHIP - SUBSCRIPTION - this will tell you the date and statis of your subscription - if you have this info - then you can download files - and enjoy your account - have fun. *4u
thanks for the info, however I did do that and it only shows my last 4 subcriptions, not the last one which would be my 5th time with cute.

all the way at the bottom of page there is a contact us click on that and then fill out information and veronica gets the mail i believe she is in another country not really sure on that lol but i have emailed her also about your membership and i also sent u a private message
I just became a member and when I made my payment I got a conformation email.. did you get one.. I am not having any problems.. I used paypal..
