Paddington Bear himself is copyrighted, so he should only be available from a designer who has paid the copyright fees. Please be careful and do not flout copyrights. We never know we may someday create something that the world likes and the creator would then own the rights. WELL we can imamgine can't we. As for Paddington Bear, I believe his creator Michael Bond wrote the story for his children.

Paddington is a copyrighted design and to get a license to use them for digitizing will cost a fortune - if you can get it at all - so you won't find any free designs, unless the site did not bother with licenses and uses the artwork illegally. Same might apply to tractors if you want designs of actual brands.
