reason, I feel it's my problem. The letters I have received are a gift and my responsibility to collect when offered. Is there a limit to the number of times a letter is repeated, or a limit to the number of letters that can be repeated. What if the person requesting a specific letter misses it a second time, does it keep going until everyone has everything they missed? Don't mean to offend anyone, just asking for some clarification on how this works. Thank you.

MysticRainbow, the free design for the following day, in each categroy on Cute, is the one that gets the most votes today. The categories you see are above, Designs, Redwork, Alphabets, Lace, Applique, and Cross Stitch. In each category there are some designs that can be voted on for the next day's free, and some that are not able to be voted on and will never be free. Most of the requests seem to be for alphabet letters that people have missed, and we're glad to vote on them, because when we have a request all the cuties vote on that. I personally have a membership, so I don't really pay attention, and download whenever I want to. But I do vote for the others. Don't forget all the other categories, if you see a design that can be voted on that you'd like, please ask Letvia to include it on the list! We've just found that individually our one vote doesn't get very far, and whatever comes up next is by accident. By Letvia keeping the list, we all vote on the same thing, and the person gets the design they want. There's usually some time between the end of one alphabet and the start of another here on Cute, so we use that time to get missed letters. Like the train, there was some mixup with getting the R because the picture wasn't showing up, and people didn't think there was a free letter, I think. So we'll vote on it. Yes, indeed, it's your responsibility to keep up with the alphabet if you want it, but sometimes life gets in the way, or a power outage, or things like that, and people miss letters. We try to get them, and sometimes we can't do it, then they'll have to purchase them if they really want them. If we vote for a letter, and the person misses it the second time, then my guess is they go to the back of the bus, hee hee hee. If we get thru everybody else's requests, then we'll try theirs again. Just a guess, though, but Letvia is very fair about the lists for voting. Hope you understand how it works better now, thanks for asking. Hugs, Marji

I chose to take a subscription Mysticrainbow and if I miss a letter for some reason, I can download it whenever I want! I think this is the best solution. But it is still possible to buy a missing letter: $ 1 is inexpensive :o)*

Hello,

I do believe that Letvia keeps a running tab of requests and each is placed in the order received. The designs aren't costly, so buying a missed letter isn't unreasonable... but this sytem was created to help people get desired designs.

I don't know if Letvia takes into consideration duplicate requests??? You can PM her.. she's a doll and will get back to you ASAP.

Take care,
teri

Welcome, Newbie. After the alphabet is complete, Cute repeats some of the most requested letters until they are ready to start a new alphabet. You may purchase a missed letter for $1.00 each at any time. You may also sign up for a paid subscription at any time and get the letters or designs they offer at your convenience.
'Hope that helps you.
