can do to make these useable? I don't digitize and even if I did wouldn't have a clue - any suggestions? I've tried enlarging them so that the stitches were spread out over a larger area (not resized - just stretched) but that didn't seem to work either. Can I pay somebody to redigitize? Or am I sunk cause it's disney?

I had this problem once, before I new about all the hijacking of designs. I was able to jack them up 15% and that cured the problem. Some of them I did 20%. Try the same design at different percentages. I wouldn't have bothered but it was for my Grandson. Hope this helps. Sharon

Sorry, hon, I won't touch Disney with a 10-foot pole. Especially from eBay, they're probably outright stolen from a Brother card, and re-formatted. So sorry you had this bad experience. Hugs and flowers for you, Marji

I am with you on this one, Marji. Not only that, but I think it is also against copyright to mess with someone else's digitized work.I have read a clause put in by genuine digitizers that their designs are not allowed to be changed.

I know if you have Viking 4D you can take out some of the dense stitches. My friend does it all the time. BUT I don't have that program, I have 3D & it will not do that. Maybe someone has the program that can help you.
