Jerri, I see you have been given lots of help - but I use a CD and place the hole at the top - so I am only using half of the CD - with the bib top along the center of the CD - cut along the outside edge - it has worked for me for years and I never worried again about the size for any bib opening. *4U

Hi,
Go to emblibrary and search baby bibs under projects. Step by step instructions for 2 types of bibs one made from a towel and one of terry cloth.
