Shirlene, You did not tell us your plans. I just want more Summer, not Fall/Autumn, altho, I do love the Autumn colors. H&*.
Sally, thanks - I have posted on a few of the comments - that asked - I have a couple birthdays and a couple table runners. Hehehe!
I have 2 of my kids in school this year. ! going into 2nd grade and the other into kindergarten. I am planning to make the both bags... meanwhile I was elected to make my mothers wedding dress and cake for next month. Somewhere I will have to make time. Maybe when they all go to sleep! lol!
Well it sure sounds like you will be planning and you will certainly be busy ahgirlblong007 - hope you post some pictures along the way - we would love to view them - *4U
Nothing in particular, really. But, I'm sure I'll see something that I just have to try!
I want to do FSL angels to put in with my Christmas cards, I have a baby quilt to do for one baby that is due in December, I have some plans for special things for my grandchildren and would like to do some wall hangings. Plus the UFO's I have waiting for me. What about your projects Shirle?? What do you have planned?
Mary, I can't wait to see what you have finished up in the next month or so. You will be very busy. As for me, I have some birthday presents and a couple table runners that I would like to work on. *4U
I haven't made any plans. I have requests for a quilt for a three year old, a quilt for a wedding gift and a quilt for a baby expected in Dec. So much for retirement. Hee hee ***
Wow, sounds like you better get planning these quilts and don't forget to post pictures in the projects for us to view. *4U
Aw Shirlene, I was hoping that you'd tell me that I could go on a vacation....but then that wouldn't be as much fun as embroidering.
You could go on vacation - if that is what you want to do or have planned - but you are right - not as much fun as embroidering. Hehehe!
I want to do a lot of FSL Ornaments to put in my christmas cards. I am always PLANNING, but somehow the time races along and I still havn't started.
I am the same way. Lots of ideas but not enough time. If it wasnt for the last minute nothing would get done. LOL!
Bev
Crafter, planning is part of the game - the next is execution - Hehehe!
Bev, you have time - you just have to allot it to your craft and not other things - try 15-30 minutes.
Pumpkins and turkeys. San Francisco Stitch co. is one of my new favorite sites. They have a cute little pumpkins in the hoop that hold candy and I want to make those. Ive bought their little xmas trees and the chrismoose. So I will play around with those. There are some cute freebies there also. Get your bag of coal and free turkey. Turkey holds a piece of candy, done in the hoop.
Bev
Bev, you have a very nice set of projects planned - I can't wait to view a picture of them, too. *4U
I have about 6 sweatshirts for my grandkids....the hoodie kind. And a whie back I bought a cute set of dragons... since they both take karate, and like the asian theme, I thought I would do one for him and one for her. These are not ugly or fierce, sort of whimsical. I will do at least one each of the SS in Halloween theme, and don't know for other 2. C
sewincat, those grands will love each - I am sure of that - but don't forget to share these great sweatshirts with us in projects - we would love to see the outcome. *4U
Finish everything I haven't finished for the Spring/Summer season, of course :)
Goodness knows Shirlene, I am enjoying my summer holiday at the moment.
What projects do you have planned
Caroline, isn't summer great - my DH had this last week off - of coarse the things that he had planned were mostly rest. Hehehe! *4U

I for one have a PROJECT that needs attending to....
Granddaughters nursery to be done by Nov. 8th...Oh yeah and somewhere in between, I am going for sanity..hehehe
Deanna, I know you will get to the nursery and about the sanity - we will look for that together - Hehehe! *4u
glad to see a post on the subject of embroidery and not just another freebie listed..hehehe.. anyway, I am working on back pack bags and those nifty little jackets that are transformed from a sweatshirt...someone here posted the link a while back and I thought they looked fun...I will put the school mascot on the front along with their initials..and for the fall season I am doing some napkins and a table cloth for my daughter who host our thanksgiving buffet every year..She got a new table and I thought this would be a nice gift!
Kathy, I am glad to see - that someone else enjoys a question on embroidery, too. I can't wait to see all your back pack bags and your nifty little jackets in the projects. That napkin and table cloth sound like a great gift and I really want to see that one finished, too. *4U
Might add names to backpacks and sweatshirt if it's not "uncool". And of course a lot of UFOs.
Kathy, I do hope your get to it all and allow us to view them in projects, too - *4U
Short term some birthday gifts, for my son (39) a barbecue apron with some large lobster (appliqued I think) and a lobster recipe, for his daughters (2 in August, the other 5 in September) I've no idea at the moment. Long term - no idea yet.
