There are some free ones at oma's site but I have lost my bookmarks and don't have the site address anymore. Maybe you can get it from someone else.

Hi, i found some hearts over at OPW, they're not exactly crazy, but they are appliqued. Maybe you wanna take a look.Its at Molly Mine, i tried to add the link but it wont work.

I found a crazy heart but it's not applique.
