I am glad you have it straightened out. I can't believe you received a 3rd computer. I had a Dell with a 5 year in house warrenty. Never again. I spent 2 days just trying to get someone to help me to get a repair order. Once I had that no one knew anything about it. Disconnects, starting from scratch, being talked down to etc. It was the most frustrating experience. Keep an eye on the situation.
Wow .. glad you got your new computer and got things straigtened out! I had withdrawals for about a week when I couldn't download any designs .. we went to a cabin fishing and it was too far away from civilization to get wireless internet or cell phone coverage!!
Sorry u had prob with dell. I purchased over 3 years ago and never had any prob's// I get crazy when I can't down load. my poor husband he has to put up with me when my server is down.mm

Hi Cuties...I have to update you on my order...I just got a call from Fed Ex and they have another order for me....again they sent it to an address that isn't valid so they sent it to my dtr. I can't believe their system...what are they doing?? Sounds like their computers need to be updated....LOL

Sometimes you wonder why personal service went out of fashion. I'm glad you finally got it sorted out. Enjoy the new toy - toy? we can't do without them, can we. Yesterday we had a powercut, due to some enthousiastic dragline operator - result: compulsary relaxing in the sun, could not do anything else but water the plants and wash the windows!

Let's see - you were talking to India? But, I am glad that you got your billing error corrected - Next time something like that happens tell them you want to talk to a representative in the United States, and they have to put you through to them. Good luck with the new laptop.
