Ugh! I don't know what happened but I finely got it....I missed the k,j,m...I have a Katie and a Maddie and a Jake!!!! But not to worry I have all the other letters...I steamed at the moment. But thank you sewmom and mysticrainbow. Caus without you ..I wouldn't have kept trying

Try logging in first then putting things in the shopping cart.

Where the registration page is there is also a couple of lines that say "returning customer". Put your information there and hit log in. Don't go to the bottom for registration. It confused me at first but then I saw at the top, the "returning customer" line and it went fine. Hope this helps.
