SharonMRG we can't really help you here. Please use the Q&A section or send a PM via the inbox. You are able right now to download the daily free designs. Logging in followed by selecting your embroidery machine file (like .PES) the design will download. It is all you need to do. Daily free designs are only free one day. If you've paid for a 6 month subscription, let us know in the Q&A section.
