My husband's computer went down over the weekend and the guy in the shop says he think it's a hardware problem, (going by the info we gave him on what happened just prior to it stopping).
He (my Husband) is very good at backing up his computer. I'm not so good with mine.
So I have made a promise to myself to back up all my files once a week, and my download files every day. I'm going to try to clear my download files into their permenant files every week before taking the full backup.
As I said I have promised myself - but I'm not sure how well I'll do as I get carried way reading all the post on this site, and then leave myself no time.....................

27608I save all my designs on memory sticks. One for alphabets, one for seasonal, kids stuff,that the grandchildren might like. One for just general designs. This way I don't have to look through all designs to find one in the category I want. Lynn

What a great idea, i have 3 stick and my designs are all in folder and categorized, so it is not too bad, but I like your idea of Holiday desings on one and kids on another...I may do that in the comming month.
