I did not contribute a design but I will say that it is beautiful and all that did send in their designs did a wonderful job! You can tell that it was a job from your hearts. Maybe next time I will feel like being a part of the glory. All of you have done a wonderful job and each of you should be very proud! This is just a small part of working together can get you! If the group keeps growing the next quilt may be a "Super King Size." It makes me proud to be a part of the group even if I was not able to do my part this time. I hope Veronika knows what a wonderful site she has created for all of us to be a part of and enjoy. I really have to try to get ME together and get back to my machines. I did so enjoy embroidering when I did not have so much stress in my life. I am praying that with my left leg healed and the other one improving that I will be back to my old self soon. If I could get my back and my arthritis straightened out to a decent point, I think I could get back to doing the things I used to love to do. My oldest Pekingese is a handful right now and it just breaks my heart to look at her. She is so sweet and she tries so hard to do everything she has always done but she just can't quiet handle it. She is eating again and has put some meat back on her bones and has the strength to get up and down the 5 steps in the back to go Potty and try to play. I give her a Bufferin every 4 to 5 days and it keeps her going. I have pain pills for her but she does not need them right now. She is shedding all her beautiful hair but she is not bald. She just looks like she got it cut for the summer. I am so afraid to bathe her because she starts running a fever everytime she gets a bath. She needs one so bad. I have had to lock them out of my sewing/computer room because she is shedding so bad. I would be sewing with hair instead of thread. I took the machines apart and cleaned them a few weeks ago. I have to vacuum & dust everyday. It has just been a hard time for me to try to get myself back to normal. I think I need a swift kick in the rear to get me started.
I hope you are proud of yourself because you are doing so great
