I can't suggest any other sites than what others have but maybe IF you search halloween...you will find more!

Urban threads as mentioned before. Try putting 'tribal' into search as that brings some up too. Look forward to seeing the finished quilt

Hi! embroideryonline.com has a lot of skulls. You can enter skulls in the search space. There's a nice applique skull that I purchased which is fun. There's a free sugarskull on designs by cuties. Embroidery Library also has great skulls with skeletons dancing...I collect Day of the Dead designs. You can usually get a special coupon so they are inexpensive. Have fun!

I think Urban Threads has some.

Here there are some sugar skulls, but may be a bit 'girly' for a boy. At designs by sick there are some biker sets with skulls.
