Kipper, follow the instructions in the three photos attached. First, go to the top of the column and click on the "Private" tab. You will see the page in the second photo. Click on "send a message". You will see the page in the 3rd photo. Put letvia's name, your message, and click on "send message". I'm also putting this information into a tutorial. If you have any questions about the site, just click on the blue word "tutorial" to the left of your screen. Look for my avatar, and see if I have written instructions on how to do it. If not, just ask, and I will write a tutorial for you and anyone else who needs it. Good luck, hugs, Marji
