I guess digitizing for my granddaughters Christmas stocking which I need to be doing anyway. Been home with my back again the last two days. Thank goodness I have a laptop or I would be going nuts (or is that nuttier :). At least I can accomplish something since my DH won't let me lift a dust rag let alone walk from one room to another without him coming after me and leading me back to where he thinks I should be - sitting in the sunroom. hahahaha Have a lovely weekend Toet.
this was at the carnival of flowers last year at Toowoomba, look forward of more of the same next month...wisteria just beautiful
Wow! Would love to walk through there but allegies would prohibit that idea. Beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing.
Gardening, enjoying the grand girls....sewing if i get the chance....yes beautiful sunny days but a bit windy tho...
Maybe go to some yard sales, go to see all the grandchildren. Go out for dinner with friends and then play some cards.
Heather, it sounds like you will be very busy - as for me - I will be working on some bookmarks, doing laundry for my Mother, taking laundry to my Mother, visiting with my Mother, visiting with the grands, housecleaning, and going for a 25 mile bike ride on my tandem with my DH. Not much!
Right--not much--wish I had your energy! Can you bottle it up and send me some? Please. :)
It's overcast here in Newcastle and I'm sick with a chest cold. Came home from work early yesterday and went to sleep at 4.35pm. My future son-in-law to be came here saw my car and thought I was up at the church. So he took our dog Bella (he has our house keys) and left a note saying that she had gone to join the circus and not to worry as she had plenty of food too! Steve has a very funny sense of humour.
I rang my daughter last night and had a chat and Bella is fine - loves going to visit her "mummy". Yes, that's right the dog is actually Amy's but lives with us - and guess who pays all the vet Bills?
Anyway - I'm just taking it easy and checking out the site and answering questions etc.
You all have a great weekend where-ever you may be.
Love and blessings Chris
I haven't had my fill of fresh peaches yet, so I'm going to the Peach Orchard and getting a crate--Yes, a whole crate. I'm goint to make jam, and freeze the rest. Maybe work on a UFO or 2, but they will still be here when the peaches are gone:)
I love Peaches too - but we won't get them for some time yet!
Love and blessings Chris
Well I will be spraying my tiny peaches so the bugs leave some for us...when they grow. Just going to use white oil, hope it works...
Are you coming on Spring? We in the northern hemisphere are sneaking toward Autumn, but the days are still sunny & warm, we're harvesting gardens and eating fresh corn on the cob! I don't know what I'm doing, besides getting my eyeglasses fixed, hee hee hee. You all have a beautiful weekend!!
Yes Marji Spring is the 1st of September here in Australia. All my Banksia roses are in bloom and I have some lovely Crepuscule roses on my rose arbor coming out too. I have been picking Daffodils and Jonquils and all my Pansies in my hanging pots. The colours are just gorgeous.
Love and blessings Chris
