Hi to all Cuties - I have got my baby back from the repair shop after the 3rd time I broke it - I had it too close to the window sill & the bar carriage banged again - The repairman just shook his head at me knowing why I brought it in !!! He was just putting it back together again as i walked in the shop and I shouted "STOP" "Show me what u did to repair it justs 4 future reference" But he said "no way - you are keeping me in busness" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry - any way its all working FOR NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love to all you wonderful CUTIES

I have now put a large wooden frame at the back of my machine so it can't move - hopfully no more accidents ;-)

Good for you!! Now, nail a board to the table so you can't push the machine back any further and do it again! Or, stick a dowel to the wall, or something, hee hee hee. Your repairman is funny, and probably a nice guy, but you don't need to make his whole house payment for him, hee hee hee. Happy sewing!! Hugs, Marji

Glad you have your baby back, just remember to take care of it this time. I am taking my machine off tomorrow for its annual check up. It is a good excuse for a few days away. The dealer will return the machine next week when he is working in my area

Congratulations, it is so hard to have a part of the family out of action! I too rejoice, picked up my Evolve serger after 2 weeks...it was a good day! Blessing and happy stitches to you!
Have you thought about marking the counter when you find the perfect location for your machine to function? I keep seeing my dad's tool rack in my head with the template of the missing tool. If you don't want to use marker(I wouldn't) perhaps painter tape would help it return safely.
Good Luck!

Wow--that didn't take long--Let's see if you can go that long without banging it against the wall again. Did you have to take some parenting class before he gave it back to you? :)

Well, Yvonne, I'm laughing here, sorry sweetie, can't help it, I love your repairman's sense of humour! You should have told him that you're going to put him out of business by not breaking your machine again - you're not going to bang the carriage against the wall again, are you??? Haha. Love and hugs sweetie, so pleased you've got your baby back.
