I am confused. Is CuteEmbroidery the same as CuteAlphabet. The site jumps me back and forth. I joined the six month but I can't get the smile font and turtle font without paying again.

No, CuteAlphabets is NOT the same site as CuteEmbroidery. CuteEmbroidery has a SECTION that is entitled Alphabets.cuteembroidery and it has alphabets to download on your CuteEmbroidery membership. However, CuteAlphabets, along with AdorableApplique and AmazingEmbroideryDesigns, are completely different sites that are likewise maintained by Veronika (the lovely lady who maintains the CuteEmbroidery site).
Because of that common link (ownership/management), there are occasionally designs that are the same or very similar offered on more than one of the sites, but a membership for CuteEmbroidery only works on CuteEmbroidery, while the membership for AmazingEmbroideryDesigns only works on that site. CuteAlphabets and AdorableApplique do not (at least at this time) offer a membership option. However, they do offer frequent sales or discounts on designs.
The AmazingApplique weekly sales are fabulous! Look for them on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There are usually 9 designs available for only 7 cents each, with the tenth design of the set offered as a freebie. Since there is a minimum $5 USD on your order, you basically put together a "set" of around 15 designs (the 9 at 7 cents, plus 6 unrelated others at 75 cents) for just $5.13, an incredible price! The applique designs sew out just as beautifully as the CuteEmbroidery designs we all know and love. You should give 'em a try! Applique may look tricky, but it is actually quite easy and lots of fun.
