I have Customizer 10000, but it should work the same way. Open Customizer, Easy Edit. Click on the little flower in the tool bar. A dialog box opens, in the space below the preview box, is a field called Look In: which shows a folder name then a small down arrow on the right. Use the arrow to locate your design files. When your folder shows in the Look In: field, you will see your designs listed in the large box below. Make sure the preview box is checked then click on one of the designs and it will appear in the preview window (unless it's a white design, it's there but you can't see white on the white background.) When you find the design you want, select OPEN or doubleclick the design name and it will appear in your workspace.
I would be happy to help you, but it's a lot of instruction to do in a chat. I'll do the best I can, but if you're in the US a phone call would be better. Send me a PM if you want to try the phone call.
How you get your designs onto s CD depends on your operating system and CD Burning Software. I'll explan the easiest way and hope it works with what you have:
Open the folder where your designs are located and keep it open. Put a cd in your drive, go to My computer and open the cd to view the files, your computer may open it automatically depending on your settings. With both folders open, click on the one that contains your files. You may have to many designs to fit on one cd, so select the designs you want to transfer. You can select a group of adjacent files by clicking on the first design, hold the shiftkey down and select the last design, or instead of the shiftkey, you can hold down the control key and select files individually. While still holding the files, drag them to the CD folder, this will copy them. You may get a message saying there is information attached..., if so click yes. Once you have copied all the files you want to back-up close or minimize the original design file and click on the white space in the cd folder. Next select the file menu at the top left of the screen, and select Write Files to CD.
Next you should get a dialog box asking you to name the CD, follow the instructions until it's finished.
Let me know if this doesn't work for you.
When you've finished, delelete the temporary files if the wizard doesn't do it for you.
