Gosh, how nice to be able to even just feel the shuttle going up. It must be absolutely wonderfull. God bless all of you. Marietta
WOW that would be something I could see over and over and never get over how awe inspireing it is. God has no end the things he helps us accomplish.
The launch was sure fabulous last night. We live about a half hour south of the launch pad. It was weird because we had lightening on the east and the shuttle going off on the north. It went behind a lot of clouds but you could still it. It lights up the whole sky.
I've had the privilege of watching several launches and landings from my late brother's house, what an amazing thing!! So powerful in person!! To think how far we've come from the Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk, in so short a time, just amazing!! Hugs, Marji
How exciting! We were on Canaveral Beach in December and I really wanted to go back for this launch. My prayers are with them.;)
hope the mission goes well, and your house isn't shaking anymore
Merci beaucoup; appreciate the posting. My prayers are with them.

I read your comment this morning exactly as the news showed the film footage, a bit freaky! Extra prayers for those astronauts on board! How amazing to be able to watch, my dear hubby was trying to catch when he was in Tampa but left before takeoff.
Wow Beth, lucky you being able to watch that. Love and hugs sweetie.
Beth, oh why didn't you get pictures? Yes GOD speed to them and hope this is a very successful mission. *4U
Can't spell - it should be launch. LOL
Oh well, we knew what you were talking about. Its not that we can't spell, it's our fingers can't hit the right keys.
