hi, i've been getting the downlodes at 10:00 am cen. now it'12:30. what time does it change?

sometimes it just seems like it's when ever they get around to it. i think it would be nice to have it the same time every day, but then all of us people do get busy with other things, etc. and maybe they do it kind of like a part time hobby rather than a business. altho i would also like to know why it varies so much, also... maybe someone else knows, but funny no one else has replied yet, too. hmmmmmm...........

I don't know...I'm making my husband wait...we are leaving on vacation any minute.arrgh!!!
