Here is Beth's tea set from the projects - Beth, this is lovely and you did a great job. It will be interesting to have one of the digitizer's that know about this sort of thing - to answer this one. *4U
I answered in Projects, too. I don't think I'd worry too much about the design you did. The company is no longer in business, and this pattern is no longer made. If you don't offer the pattern for sale, I don't think you will have any problems. You're doing this for someone who has this lovely set of dishes? How lucky they are, to have both the incredible dishes, and you as a friend! Hugs, Marji
I posted this in projects. But now you are so good to yell me how to do it here. Thanks !
Beth, here's a link to a tutorial I posted about how to add photos and links to your answers. You can't add them to a question, just answer your own question and add them there. I wrote lots of tutorials for this site, just click on the blue word 'tutorial' to the left of your screen, look for my avatar, and see which ones you may need. Hugs, Marji
Jewel tea is no longer in business, so if this is for personal use, keep your design. However, the pitcher in the picture:-) is an antique and very hard to find. You're very lucky to have it. My mother and grandmother had kitchenware in that pattern. It brings back a lot of memories. My sister was able to find 5 cups and gave us each one.
I have a set of custard dishes my mom shared with me, can't help but smile when I see it!
I remember the Jewel Tea company, and I'm not sure they're still in business. Did you digitize a logo, or a pattern from the dinnerware like Autumn Leaf? I'm sure it's copyright, but if the company is no longer in business, then who would be the copyright holder? Interesting question. Give us more explanation, please. Hugs, Marji
Can you post a picture or link of it so we know what it is? I looked online and all I could find was a china pattern for dishes. Is this it?
I have taken a picture of the design I did . But dont know how to post it. It is the design on the plate . Like the pitcher shown
We had a bunch of these - while I was growing up. I remember this design well.
I'm not sure what that is. Someone should come along soon to help! *4U
