I think that now I will not have the time to do the 5 others T-shirts when my machine will come again.Fortunatly, I had embroidered the 8 logos on the 8 T-shirts, it will be better than nothing.

Im now in the same boat clauden. Mine went to repair shop yesterday. The weather was horrible & I had the Great G. son so couldn't take it myself. Problem was same as yours. I'll have to wait till Mon for the outcome.

Claude, I have been there myself. I know all the frustration you are feeling. Usually when this happens it turns out to be thread built-up in the innerworking of the machine. Hope you get your machine back soon, and that the problem is minor. H&*.
