I had trouble with the PONY USB stick where my machine would not read it. I have no problem with the Sandisk USB.

I had the same problem with my Janome 300E.The machine will only show up to 100 designs.I transfered some of the designs from the stick back to my computer and all was well.

I had something similar recently although I don't use jef nor a usb stick. But I found that while the pictures showed up on my transfer card I had accidently set the size on my transfer program to a larger format than the machine would recognize. Changed it back and everything worked fine.

I have had this problem. My machine wouldn't recognize the designs. I went with another brand of USB stick. Then everything was better. Had to pay a little more for the stick but it eased the frustration. My first one was a cheap one. Hugs :o)

Thanks, I just used BuzzEdit, I recentered them, reformated them in JEF and they worked. Maybe the JEF that I bought was not a good JEF. Thanks for all your help.

They are definitely in jef format? It might be your stick. Try putting the stick in the computer and double check to make sure that they are definitely on the stick.
You don't have too many designs on the stick? If you have too many designs on the stick, it takes the machine a long time to read them. Also make sure the designs are centered. Open them up in Customizer, Easy Edit and see if they are in the center. I have found out that quite often the designs are not in the center. When digitizers convert to other formats they don't always make sure the design is centered. They just convert.
The other option is to get a new stick and try again. Like I said, it could be the stick.

I did try it on 2 different sticks. I did take everything off the stick. I did use Buzz Edit to be sure that they were centered. I checked that they were in Jef.
Thanks,
