Françoise, I am assuming your machine is like many others - it has a hoop that slips into a carriage and locks - when it is time to change the bobbin or cut a broken thread - you stop the machine - cut the thread - release the carriage and slide the hoop off - cut all thread on the underside of the hoop - change bobbin and replace - then align the hoop back into the carriage and proceed with your embroidery work. Your display screen more than likely has a help button - check it out - it may also show you how to change the bobbin and release the hoop, too. I hope this helps. *4U
Not sure about your machine but with my Galaxie 3000 Brother I wait untill the upper thread has to be changed (after 40,000 stitches) and carefully slide the hoop off, remove the bobbin, drop a new one in place, slide the hoop back, rethread, press the button and sewing starts again. I presume your machine is pretty similar
Sorry I can't help but here's a flower while you wait for those in the know!! Blessings!
