Hi, Deb, welcome to Cute! Digitizers use clip art by importing it into their digitizing programs and using it as a guide to where they will put the stitches of a design. Clip art can also be used in advertising, the production of a catalog, any kind of print media, or in scrapbooking by printing out the graphics, and cutting them out. Hope this helps. Hugs, Marji

Thank you so much Marji. I do have PE DESIGN VER 7 but have not had enough experience to put all functions to good use. Actually I am having teething trouble just finding my way round the Design Data Base. tehe

We have some digitizers here who use PE Design, perhaps they could help you. I use Janome's Digitizer Pro, so I don't know how much help I can be with your program, but if you get in trouble I can try. Hugs, Marji
