The bobbin thread constantly comes through to the top stitches. I have changed needles, materials stitched on, stabilizers, thread, EVERTHING I could think of. Even adjusting it on the screen has very little impact so had it serviced. Worked 'ok' for a day and have noticed it doing it still.

I have all these designs and ideas caught in my head beacuse when I stitch anything out it isnt nice and it is driving me crazy!

I am relatively new to all this so please, any advice is welcome! Tell me what I am doing wrong?????

I have the the 2500d and when I had that problem my dealer suggested that I use a vertical thread stand that sats behind my machine and that clear up my problem. Also the great ladies over at sewforum.com could also probably answer your question too. good luck.

Ttt for more help for you, Nikki. I don't have a Brother, but I'm sure you must have tried loosening the top tension, right? I hope somebody can help you more with your particular machine. Hugs, Marji

I have a brother and my bobbinthread was showing very often too. My dealer changed something in the bobbinholder and now it is less. So perhaps you can go to dealer for advise too, because it's something that's better fixed by somebody who knows.
