Welcome to Cute and as you heard you have to do it one at the time unless it's a pack. Fortunately all alphabets are in packs and some other designs as well, but only some. I've had a membership for 2 years now and haven't DLed everything yet. Every time I think I have 6 months to do it in, but until now I haven't DLed designs from before that time.
Well, as a novice you've come to the right place!! And your first learning experience is getting to download all the designs individually, hee hee hee, unless there's a pack. But, that gives you the opportunity to really look them over, see the sizes and stitch counts, and file them in a way that makes sense to you. A big big Cute welcome to you, hope you join us often in the Community!! Hugs, Marji
Welcome!! It is my understanding that you have to download designs as individuals unless it states it is a pack. I download my designs saving them in MY DOCUMENTS. Once a week I create a folder in MY DOCUMENTS and name it example: (Christmas Designs) and then I drag those designs that I previous saved over to the folder. As you download designs, you just keep dragging or creating new folders depending on the topic.
Warning: This site is addictive.
Welcome, I'm glad you are here. We will be looking forward to getting to know you better. Plan how you will file your designs in a way that makes sense to YOU. YOU are the one who will need to find them again. Yes, you mostly have to download individually, but you get to pick what you want or don't want and also can put them in a category that makes sense to you.;)
WELCOME TO CUTE.
Sometime you have a pack, but that has been only lately mostly in the fonts. However as you get further into the earlier designs you have to download every letter in the alphabet. SO watch out for the word pack on an alphabet. You have 6 month to catch up so don't get cramps in your hands.
Well thanks for the warm welcome. I got my answer, my fingers are cramped already, but I am having a ball look at all the designs. I thinks I can get use to this, especially with nice folks willing to help. Again thanks for the welcome
