It's almost 2 0'clock in the morning and I can't sleep. It is 45 days ago that my little girl of 3,5 months old suddenly past away. I am looking for special stars to make a blanket.

It is impossible for me to imagine what you must be going through. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Seek medical help if you are not able to achieve sleep, as sleep deprivation only makes things worse. I believe that God is taking the best care of your little girl. Glad you are making a lovely blanket to commemorate your daughter's life.

Meganne's Star has been brought to the top of the Designs By Cuties. It is a special star because Meg is very special! Nothing but time will esae the pain and only with the Lord's help. Take one day at the time and remember that she is in the most wonderful place that she can be. You have an Angel looking down from above at her Mom. She was only on loan from the Lord and He must have known how special she was to take her to His home so soon. Always feel the peace that she has. She is with her Heavenly Father. Tears are falling down my face and I did not know this angel. I can not begin to know how you must feel. My heart goes out to you and your family. Linda

I also looked up the letters in her 1st name and brought them to the top. The letters have stars in them also. I thought you might like to see them.

I am so sorry about your little angel gone Home to the Lord, it is something you will never completaly recover from, but you have to be strong and trust in the Lord. It brakes my heart when something like this happens and wish I could be there to hold your hand and hug you.Will pray for you. Hugs.

You might be able to find something at emblibrary.com - below is a direct link - but you can put the word STAR in the search box on the HOME page and it will bring up all their designs with stars in them.

I think a blanket is a good idea. Have you thought with some angels perhaps too.

Cissie, I cannot know what you must be feeling, but I only know time will heal, not matter how long. So nice to be making a blanket with stars. I cannot help with stars, but will pray that God will keep you in he's arms and help to heal the pain.
The best advice I can give, is to keep busy, by doing things that you enjoy. I hope you find your star designs.

You are doing something very special to make a blanket with stars and only time will help to heal your wounds, although this will be with you always. I'm praying for you. There is an applique star that was posted by Meganne under the heading "Designs By Cuties" which is over in the upper right hand corner. I'll see if I can come up with the link. Sorry, didn't find it, but I know there is an applique star there.

Go to the community section and on the right side there is a GOOGLE rectangle. Type in "Star" and you will find some links to embroidered stars.;)

Cissie, I don't know about stars, but I'm just bawling over your message. I have suffered loss in my 61 years, but I can't imagine the pain of losing a baby so young! My dear lady, I can only pray you have support, and really good people to help you with this amazing grief. Her name was Lina, she will allways be in my/our heart. We miss her and our oldest daughter too. I just started with machine embroidery before she passed away and now its hard too get something done.

dear cissie there is nothing worse than losing a child .i used music to get through my time it took me 6 years to realize i was wasting mine. use your sewing time to heal your self it helps time ease the pain a little .hugs to you your family
