Sissi, how beautiful!! I love the light from the windows, and the beautiful seat! True, the stones would be very nice, but too cold, winter lasts 6 months here, too. Is yours a very old house? That attic looks romantic, and such a wonderful space to work, you both did a great job! Hugs, Marji

I would have liked to keep the old stones, but the wall was not tight enough and cold would go on ... you must know that in my area, winter lasts almost 6 months!!!
