Happy Anniversary and many "Thank You's" for all that you have shared...I put a post in Personal appoligizing for not doing the bowls yet, it has been a horrible weekend with all of us taking a turn with this bad flu..Still have one missing school today that just started his turn. We DO know what Libbie had on her mind even if she did not intend for us to know!! heehee I'm so sorry. I know it is not funny but somehow you did make it funny. Everything will soon be better after it runs its course. and runs and runs.......Okay, act civilized Linda! I only had 1 son but I did have a Day Care Center in my home when he was small. What one had, they all had. I am always amazed when I run across those "children" now. They are in their 40's and it seems unreal! One of them actually lived with me for awhile. Her Mom had Open Heart Surgery and Lisa would not stay with any of her grandparents. She screamed and cried so much that they had to bring her back to me. She was just under two when this happened. Her Dad would come and get her for an hour or so and then bring her back. I got her when she was 6 weeks old. I felt like she was part mine anyway. He owned a Heating and Air Conditioner business and stayed busy all the time. Her Mom was a nurse. After that happened, Mom did not go back to work,per say, they started raising foster children. As far as I know, they are still taking in foster's. I admire anyone that can do that and still have a normal life the the children involved. All that I knew of that entered her home became her child. She never turned anyone away nor did she give up on one. If you did not know they were not hers, you would think she gave birth to them.
