Looks like they have tutorials, but I wouldn't expect any 'support', since it's freeware. It certainly looks like an interesting program, but I guess it would depend on how good you are at learning computer programs. Just from the reading, this was written by 'computer geeks' as well as 'embroidery geeks', and I'd expect some assumptions from them about computer proficiency. They talk about 'hot keys' etc., which are keyboarder terms, not 'mouser' terms. Don't expect 'point and click' from a program like this, but if you have any computer experience, you might like to try it. Just FYI for people who don't know anything about digitizing: There are really 2 aspects to digitizing, learning the software and learning to digitize a design. Just knowing how to work software doesn't mean you can get a good design, the software is "stupid" in that regard, it just does what you tell it, or what you let it decide for itself. You have to know the principles of digitizing to use any of the more complicated aspects of software, no matter which one it is.

What the heck, download it and play with it, use the tutorials, see if you like it. If not, all you have to do is uninstall it, and all you've really lost is time. Good luck, hugs, Marji
