Should I put the Raggedy on one side of the foot and Alex on the other side of each foot or one outside foot say Raggedy the other outside foot say Alex .

My husband is so happy that I am not asking him!!

Good question; after years of love and washing my son's stuffed Curious George wound up minus some body parts.
B/c my son had allergies I took all the stuffing out, and he was easier to launder (and keep dust free).
We still have body parts from poor George. And yes, we did buy a second one when it seemed apparent that my child wanted only Curious George to sleep with, but my little guy would have no part of the new monkey, even after washing.
Good luck on your decision.

I would put one word on the bottom of each foot - and 'deliver' them in a seated fashion with the bottom of the feet showing.

If you really want it on the side of the foot I'd put Raggedy on one side and Alex on the other side of the same foot.

I can't put it on the bottom because of the seam. I have never made them so I am using a pattern. Thanks,
