Are you talking about the covers for coat hangers? I posted some in the projects about a month ago. Just lay your hanger down, trace around it then add about 1/2 inch for the seam. Leave the very top open to put the hanger part thru, sew up each side curving up to the top. Before you sew the sides, fold down the tops about 3/4 inch and stitch it close to the fold so no raw edge. Hem the bottom after you have sewn the front & back together. (need to cut out 2 pieces which you will put right sides together to stitch the sides) Hope this helps. Can decorate if you like. Can also add shoulder pads inside to pad the area where the corners are. Use quilted material & you'll have a heavier cover.
