I am having problems with embroiders eye. In Dec. of 08 he offered 12 designs (1 ea mth) for $ and I have had trouble getting my design every mth. Has anybody else had this problem with him? Ty

I believe from the mailing I receive that Ramon has had dreadful trouble with his internet connection. He seems a lovely, helpful person and I'm sure he'll do everything he can to ensure you are a happy customer. Perhaps try contacting his mum, Annemarie at Astitchahalf if you feel your email is not getting through to him?
